Due to the nature of digital products and firmware-style tools, all sales are final once a purchase is completed.

No Refunds in These Cases

We do not provide refunds for:

• Detection status changes or UD status changes
• Bans or other actions taken by third-party platforms
• Misconfiguration, user error, or unsupported usage environments
• Non-use of the product after purchase

Duplicate Payments / Billing Errors

If a clear duplicate payment or billing error occurs, you may contact support with proof of payment. Legitimate billing errors may be corrected at our discretion.
