HeavenFW provides firmware-style software and related tools for advanced users. Access is tied to your account and plan tier.

2. Digital Products & Refunds

All purchases are final once completed.
We do not offer refunds for:

• Detection status changes
• Account actions taken by external platforms
• Misuse, incorrect setup, or failure to follow instructions

Refunds may be considered only in clear cases of duplicate payment or billing error.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Sharing accounts, reselling access, or redistributing builds can result in suspension or termination.

4. Updates & Changes

HeavenFW may update firmware builds, features, and pricing at any time.
Active upkeep ensures ongoing access to the latest Premium builds.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:

• Abuse, harassment, or threats
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or leak private builds
• Fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes
• Violation of these Terms or other posted policies
